Food and Dining

We are not picky with our food but the buffet food was horrible! It was the same every day! Plus it was so hot in the buffet, felt like they had the heat blowing! Hola Tacos was pretty good. Ate at the MDR on last day and food was much better! Our waiter was great with the kids!

Onboard Activities

We got the fun pass so did the virtual reality stuff which was cool especially the motion theater. Kids enjoyed the pirates cove. Slides were fun.

Entertainment

Watched 2 shows in the room and they could not sing. Went to Theater to watch last show and it was good. Hubby said the comedian was hilarious!

Service and Staff

Staff was not friendly at all. It was like they were forced to work there. When you asked a question they were bothered to answer. Our room steward kept our room very clean! Barely seen him.

Ship’s layout is horrible! Plus it felt like they had the heat on! It was so miserable! Made you feel sick!

Great size for us. Did an interior for a quick cruise. Wished the AC was colder!

Ship tip

We won’t be sailing MSC again. The ship was beautiful but layout sucked! AC felt like it was broken. Passengers were using the elevators incorrectly and just jumped in. Even kids missed being on a Royal.

Bimini beach was beautiful! Again workers were not friendly and were bothered when asked questions. Transportation worker was driving so fast we almost flew off.
