My first MSC cruise on the Seashore and it definitely won’t be my last!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation went very fast and smooth just as it always has for us in Port Canaveral!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food in the MDR was very good except for 2 things I ordered which were the Chicken Parmigiana and some sort of salad. The buffet had lots of choices and the pizza was really good!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
There were several activities around the ship to have fun! The waterpark was very cool and the waterslides were exciting and fast! The pools were nice and the hot tubs on deck 8 were my favorite! Bridge of Sighs at the back of the ship on deck 16 was something you mustn’t miss!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows that we saw were Total Divas, Magic Martin, and Rock Royalty were all very good and comparable to Royal Caribbean and Carnival! The parties around the ship were all fun and the crew knew how to get everyone involved!
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Staff were all friendly and attentive! Our room stewart, Robert, was a good stateroom attendant and was always quick to get the job done! However, the bar staff were very overwhelmed. Do keep in mind that the Seashore is a big ship with lots and lots of bars everywhere but only about 2-3 bartenders per bar.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
This ship is absolutely STUNNING!! The ships design is just amazing, the crystal staircases in the atrium, all the art and architecture everywhere is so cool to see! The layout can be tricky at first but easy to learn! Crew were constantly cleaning and keeping the Seashore shining!!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our cabin was very nice! Lots of storage and outlets! The balcony was fairly large and we were at a grey mid level deck!
Ship tip
Do it! Don’t listen to the negative reviews and book it for yourself to try it out!
