Overall Certain Things It Was a very Pleasant and Wonderful Cruise, If You Sail With MSC again need to be aware of how they differently Manage to others Cruise Lines
Overall some Issues that I mentioned, is still worthy to sail on MSC again.. They need to organize better and begin a new plan work not forget train better the staff.
So yes I really enjoy this wonderful cruise drink a lot eat a lot and spend like any other cruises I Sail

They re certainly not well Organized and some lack of knowledge and I mean the Terminal Staff need to work on that and Know Every Guest Experience they book specially of that have Priority Boarding.
And Once the ship be ready to Wait lines for every Add On you Booked( Internet, Specialty Restaurants,excursions). Once in Evening everything was Cookies and Cream

Always is they same Menu mostly Breakfast and Lunch, never Got to Dinner but Late Snacks yes I Do eating Pizza always But I Don't Denied It was the Best Pizza of all my cruise Ships

No complaint love the Dinner so far very good portion and variety

Kaito Tenpanyaki - I Enjoy a great comic and Wonderful Experience
Kaito Sushi Bar- mostly is Al Dente no Many choice of Tempura
Hola Tacos & Cantina- a Large Variety and offer all you can eat too
Butchers Cut- The Best of all Restaurants to me it is a Highly Premium Quality experience
You must Try Venchi Chocolate and Gelatto you will be addicted

They Have 2 Infinity Whirlpool Massage in both Sides of the Ships each one fits 20 people, Also Infinity Pools in the Aft of the Ship with amazing Views. They Have 2 Main Pools One of them with Retracted Roof also Aurea Guest have Sundeck with Whirlpool and Yatch Club Have their own Pool and Sundeck.
Remind that Sea Day and after Leaving Port these area will be crowded better Enjoy the opposite time.
Aurea Spa is a must Specially their Balinese Massage and Thermal Area
The Adventure Waterpark Is A amazing Thrill Ride be sure to experience onve..the Arcade Hall of Game is Huge even they Have Formula Racing Amd Rafting Simulator and a 5D Cinema

Theather: I must say even they do some really good acrobatics in certain shows their singing is like lipsync and wierd sometimes, they have like 5 shows and some of them repeat them twice in a evening, it wasn't Bad but neither very exciting.
The DJ knows what to really touch in Music good vibes, Shows on pool well wasn't amazed didnt watch any but Music and activities around the ships I can feel lively..overall never got bored

Since I don't remember Room steward amd Waiter because their names is weird...
The Room Steward is very professional organized always room clean and on duty we gave him a good tip
The waiter always recommend what food is good today or what's trending, he have knowledge and have skills
The Personnel of the ship most of them are really friendly and help you if you need something

I really cant Complain the ships Desing is beautiful very well maintained and Very Clean Organized the only downside is that certain decks of the ships aren't connected very to other public areas of the ships and it feels like a Maze and Not Maze Runner

Amazing Cabin Suite Aurea balcony with Whirlpool very clean good Detailing fresh comfty. I Did really enjoy very the Whirlpool I enjoy to the max and Beyond and you know what I Mean jajaja
Ship tip
You better have Patience with some Issue with the Staff at least the Embarkation day they need to addressed that to be very well organized.. One very Downside I would never buy a Internet Package Is really Slow the only to have goos benefit is after almost everyone is in port or after Midnight. Drinks options are very limited in Buffet and Dinner are only these ( Beer Wine Soda Juice coffee) you want Cocktail Mocktail or smoothie need to a bar o Pool bar

I think MSC works depending the Experience you book ( Bella, Fantastica, Aurea, Yatch Club) is like you deserve for what you paid .I could be wrong but that how I feel
