I went into this cruise with an open mind and did not care what other people were doing around me. This was my experience. I had a wonderful time. I have already book another cruise
Embarkation

The embarkation process was easy. This is how the process worked for me. Have your covid-19 test ready to show. You have to show proof before you are able to enter the building. I had a papercopy but I noticed that some people were showing it from their phones. I had my passport, covid vaccine card, e-ticket, and health questionaire, and my proof of covid-19 test ready to show in the next station. Pass security check and off to a different floor to get photo taking, check all your paperwork again, and key card. I was giving a number but did not have to sit and wait. To the boat we went. The process took about one hour.

Food and Dining

I have to agree with most people's views on the food. They need to season the food. The steak house was excellent. We did the dining experience for two. We chose the Butchers cut and
Teppanyaki. The cost was 99.00 person. WE had the best time in both dining places. The cook for Teppanyaki was excellent and the food was great ( The food was seasoned). Hola taco and Cantina was good. The food portions are small so it makes since that they offered all you can eat for 17.99. The main dining room was perfect we had the best servers. The buffet food was OK. Like everyone else the pizza was great
Onboard Activities

We need the water slides and arcade room. The water slides were so much fun and the arcade room was good. The game prices were a little expensive.
Entertainment

I need not go to any of the stage shows. They were a little crowded for me. I was still trying to distance myself from people. The musicians and the performers were great. They were great at inviting you into the moment

My son is 13yrs old and he did like the teens room. According to my son they did not have any good video games
Service and Staff

I had the best service from my waiters, room steward, and front desk staff. Lets not forget the people taking your pictures. First, the waiters I have over 7 waiters name that gave me outstanding service. They took the time to get me and my son. They gave suggestion on different foods to try. My room steward was great. He spoke to me everyday and everything I asked for he was able to get for me. The front desk staff was able to help me out when I really needed to use the phone to call my credit company. I was at sea with no service and the additional hold the cruise line needed was declined. The front desk staff let me use the phone so I could call the credit company and let them know it was not fraud. So, advice to everyone call your credit company and let them you you will be traveling. I do not want this to happen to anyone. The people taking your photos on board are very professional. They made me feel like I was a model. I purchased the photo digital photo package so I have all the pictures they took of me.

The layout of the ship was easy to navigate. They keep the ship clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size of the room was ok. It was big enough for me. The room steward keep my room clean. He came every morning and evening. The balcony furniture needed a deep cleaning. I just put a towel on the chairs and food rest.
Ship tip
If you like pictures get the digital package. Keep an open mind and have fun. Don't let the small things get you upset. I went in opened minded and had the best time of my life
We went to Bamboo Beach. It was a chill beach. I had the massage and OMG the girl was good she took away my migraine. The cost of the massage was 25.00. I did the VIP experience and to be honest with you I was not worth the extra cost. The food was good and the alcohol drinks were not strong at all. Actually, the drinks did not taste to me like they had alcohol in them.
Easy process. They call your assigned number and yes it was busy. Wait in line so the scan your cruise card and off you go. They use facial recognition and off you go.
