Review summary

It was good overall. Covid made things challenging so it’s not fair to compare to pre Covid cruises. Dining package was amazing but hola was a little disappointing. This was my 3rd MSC so I knew what to expect. I would definitely recommend because it probably is the best line for value in what you get to what you pay.

Embarkation

Took over 2 hours from taxi to boat. First time not in aurea and took very long from one line to next line. Biggest issue of the cruise.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Service was perfect both in main dining room and specialty restaurants. Some dishes were hit or miss in main dining. Overall very good

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
My 9 year old loved it. My 5 year old hated it. It all depends on the kid but the staff seemed very nice.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Restaurant staff were amazing! Bar service was ok, sometimes slower when busy, room steward was efficient, people were generally nice. Photo staff were a little rough but overall everyone was really good!!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Washroom is tiny, I’m a slim guy and barely fit in the shower. Room is tight for a family of 4. Closet door was a pain to open. Room steward was great and kept the room tidy. Perfect for 2 people but small for family.
