A: Twenty-three people have been killed in Chicago alone so far in 2024. There were 348 in Houston in 2023. Seattle in 2023 - 73. Stay in the tourist areas which are guarded and away from the gang areas and don’t do anything ridiculous, and it’s a no... n-issue. Just like every city in the US.See More

A: Yes, get off earlier. The “birth certificate” line really fills up fast. So having your bags with you and everyone having passports is an easy way to disembark. And if you park in the garage even better no waiting for a shuttle you will be out and on... your way.See More

A: Seashore can accommodate 5600 passengers. They spread out boarding times so passengers don’t have to wait a long time to board. They start boarding at 11am. If you show up early you may have to wait a long time to board.

Q: Does MSC have free pizza or other free snacks available throughout the day like other cruise lines?

A: This would be my biggest complaint with MSC. Extremely limited on food options. There will be parts of buffet open most of the time until late but I can only eat so much pizza.
Answered by missys03 on December 8, 2023
A: My (admittedly limited) experience on MSC has shown me that they don't have any included food offerings outside the published times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the buffet or main dining room. They don't have any additional quick service dinin... g options like they do on other cruise lines (e.g. Guy's Burgers, International Cafe, Sorrento's, etc.)See More

Q: When we booked our cruise for next year, I didn’t see where we could prepay gratuities or buy travelers insurance. Am I missing something? This is our first cruise with MSC.

A: MSC does not include gratuities in their fares. The add a daily charge on the ship person. I believe you can go into your account online and pay them. MSC uses Generali Global Insurance and you can go to the insurance companies website and get the sa... me insurance for about 1/2 the price.See More

A: Hey, ChevyGuy! We cruised in April of this year and it was great! The ship is wonderful and we had a great time, so much so we already booked another cruise with MSC! To answer your question, staff were wearing masks but passengers did not have to... wear a mask; good thing or else we wouldn’t have traveled. The MSC Staff continuously cleaned all surfaces and had hand-washing stations and hand-sanitizer stations throughout the ship. I don’t know if they are currently wearing masks at this time. That information may be available on MSC’s website. I’m just relieved we did not have to. I hope you and yours enjoy the cruise!See More
