Dining packages allow you to pick from a subset of the entire menu. For example in Butchers Cut you select an app main and dessert. if bought on board it's about $60 pp. There are also a la carte items if you prefer. I suggest looking at recent menus.

If you buy it in on-board it will be more expensive, i recommend buying online pre boarding
