Review summary

The crew was very friendly. Slow service because so many people on the ship. The cabin, 14003, supposedly a suite, was totally misrepresented on the website. It was the worst balcony and bathroom of any ship I have ever been on. I have been on over 30 ships

Room 14003 is supposed to be a suite. Suites are supposed to have “large balconies “. It appears on the ship deck plan this room has a balcony that is large and raps around to the front of the ship. It is a fraudulent representation The balcony is blocked off so it is very small and does not rap around to the front of the ship. Sitting on the balcony you could not see the ocean because the view is blocked by a metal structure.. They charge a lot more money for this room. You get a large room, a blocked off balcony and the smallest bathroom of any cruise ship. I feel this room was totally misrepresented on the web site. I feel ripped off
