Review summary

here's a summary: 1 - good shows in the evening 2 - average entertainment 3 - customer service is non-existent 4 - dining is terrible 5 - stateroom is standard 6 - very good cameramen and women. 7 - maitre'de should be in charge of TSA (perhaps he was head waiter of Guantano Bay) 8 - dining room wait staff is confused 9 - we have experienced 5 different cruise companies, and MSC has to rank last by a large margin.

some examples: I asked accounting for change so that i could tip the cleaning crew. I was told ... "sorry no change". In 10 mins my wife requested change, saying that she needs it for the casino ... lo and behold she got all the change in the world. The dining room staff would not replinish the last pizze slice (no matter how cold) until some customer would claim it.
