Review summary
MSC Cruise ship Poesia, do not bother with this line. They have no entertainment worth speaking of on the ship. No in room movies unless you pay and they are all old and have been on tv. Few English channels and they are CNN or ESPN and one TNT channel. No port talks and tour personnel were lacking information on the ports, just what was written. Cancelled tour excursions consistently. Food from dinner was served as leftovers for lunch the next day. The main dining room had the same menu for lunch everyday, no changes. The ship staff was unwilling to assist and would just say sorry, madam. Compared with all the main cruiseship lines, this one is very far behind. The tour excursions were all interesting but mostly on buses. The tour guides on the buses were very good, they were through Atlantic Tour Co. Stick to NCL or RCCL or Celebrity, etc.Ship experiences
