This is my 12 cruise but the first on MSC. The entertainment was poor and unless you liked lots of pasta the food was only average. The staff was rude and very inexperience. The communication to the passenger was very poor and not at all at times. I will more than likely not take another MSC cruise again. All the passengers I talked to had the same problems.

Don't Miss: The walled city.

Pros: Ship was new and clean.

Cons: Rude staff and lack of communication with passengers.

Recommends MSC Poesia? No.
