Review summary

The ship was beautiful. The room was very clean and the views from the deck were incredible. That's about the only good thing about the ship. The staff need to be trained more on hospitality and customer service. They also need a chef that can deliver an impeccable and tasteful meal!!!

Food was bland and had no taste. We waited for what seemed like an eternity for a really poorly presented meal

Entertainment was few, but what they had was good.

Staff appeared over-worked and under-paid. Either that or they were extremely inexperienced. Need to work on their customer service skills

Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was small and the shower was way too tiny

We just strolled Bay street near the port. Had plenty of shops that we liked, so that was good

Cons: Long lines to get anything e.g. dining; reception; boarding; disembarking; etc

Recommends MSC Orchestra? No.
