Review summary

Msc mergavilla is lacking food options, ships just as new with other lines have i.e. guys and promenade as examples. Burgers are not good pizza is not good and pepperoni is one spot only at afternoon and evenings. Muster drill was not good experience either. No washcloths in cabin have to ask for them. Ships dining rooms must be small since 3 dining times. We got stuck with 930pm not cool. Got it moved to 830 which was still late but better then 930. Food wasn't great anywhere on ship that was free. Sailing was great but we think MSC isn't for us.

Pizza not very good at all. One free ice cream spot? Lame... Buffett is big pretty good options dessert was lame too. Dining room service was slow 2 hrs to eat and they have 3 seatings 930pm being the last, way to late. Food was decent not good and small in portions. They could improve this area.

The ship was beautiful and well taken care of. Amenities and food service are lacking. Hot tubs we're hotter then any we've been on in common areas, was nice. Kids and teens taking over them wasn't.
