Review summary

Worst experience on a cruise. Last day we had the same drink order 3 times and it doubled in price each time. Completely nickel and dimed!!!

Yes, that happened with us too @schlinger. They took our money and the cruise was cancelled. They never gave it back and had to chargeback with the card. I vowed to not cruise with MSC after that.

I had no intention of booking with MSC again after they canceled my cruise and kept my money for 5 months, but I am still disappointed for you to read that it was this bad. What's your go-to line ?
