Review summary

Since I cruise so often and this was my only 2nd cruise with MSC, 1st Divina (much better) than m 2nd with Meraviglia. Allthough it was a nice ship and large and loved the smaller lifts right next to our cabin middle of ship and under the pool area. It was like having our own elevator.

Main dining rooms food was terrible, buffets were much better, more variety and service for both restaurants were excellent.

The pools were wonderful as were the hot tubs.

Terrible, there were no stage productions, only individual singers (1 each nite) No house bands or dancer. Such a let down.

There were all excellent, they did try to accomodate us.

Very clean in all areas and ship layout was pretty good.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was clean but room was very tight and closet was a joke. Balcony was also very small for the catagory we had. Bed was too hard and uncomfortable for me. No towel animal either.

Ship tip

It was great for the price but the free food was under par. Not enough selections either. I see they have gone way up now in price so I will be going back to my other cruise lines.

Thanks for the review. I was on the Meraviglia on 1/23 and was pleasantly surprised. I thought the food selections and quality in the dining and buffet were excellent. I also enjoyed the 2 individual singers and comedian and actually preferred it over the typical singers / dancers on most cruise lines.
