A little clustered with the preboarding COVID testing, but, all in from parking lot to walkkng on the ship- about one hour.

Loved the pizza at midnight in the buffet! Breakfast was not good in Waves but service was great. Food was good in the vaccinated dining room, but service was slow every night.

Bartenders, servers, room stewards- great. Guest services needs to work on presentation. You can't talk to people any kind of way when there is an issue.

I was stopped prior to getting off the ship because they owed me money! I used my debit card for my deposit. They refunded me in cash for the unused portion of my deposit from my debit card. That was a nice surprise!

Thanks for the review and the photos, especially the menu. The grouper is a favorite entrée of mine, and I almost asked for seconds. I agree that it can be a long wait for food in the MDR, as everyone is seated at the same time. I recommend to others to have a pre-dinner cocktail or other special drink after ordering; it makes the wait time enjoyable.
