Food and Dining

The food was left to be desired. The buffet only offered limited selections and the selection was the same daily. I was presented oysters that I purchased that were foul in order and greyish brown in color, I could have become ill if I had eaten them. The fish was extremely overcooked and burgers would be raw and I like my burger medium rare and it would come out completely rare. The beverage packages sold "Premium Plus" which included all premium wines and champagnes the ship never had them available as they encountered supply chain issues.

Although the pool was a nice the giant statues occupy a large area. The Latin dance class was fun.

Entertainment

Musicians and dancers on the ship were good yet some of the choices for the pianist and magician were lack luster.

Service and Staff

Although much of the staff was great I have to give this 2 stars as a waiter spilled someone else's beer on my table and then brought me napkins to clean it up myself and walked off. My room steward also never refilled my ice bucket and left me with a warm bottle of champagne.

I'm sorry your cruise wasn't to your expectations, people seem to be at a hit or miss with MSC, we went on it August 30- sep 3rd and had an amazing time. Everything was great.
