This was better than expected as we make our return to cruising. We are excited for the next one. I'm glad the ships are returning to service.
Embarkation

The experience was quick and easy. A negative COVID test within 3 days of sailing was necessary. This was the first cruise with this new health protocol. There were 3 of us traveling. 2 received our results in time, the 3rd person was notified, while we were waiting at the port for the results, that the test was unreadable. Imagine the panic. We called MSC and the phone was answered quickly and the CS agent was checking with a supervisor to see what could be done. In the meantime, a MSC security person walked by and we asked about onsite testing and we were told it is available onsite. We proceeded to terminal, were directed to the testing site. Everything went so very smoothly and we were onboard in 30 mins, including waiting for the test results.

Food and Dining

We only ate in the buffet and main dining room. The food was excellent, the service was attentive and the food options were limitless. We really did enjoy the meals.
Onboard Activities

We used the Bamboo Pool jacuzzi area, which was clean and was monitored. Although we didn't use the pool, we sat at the pool, and it was a great area with fitness classes being held at specified times.
Entertainment

Enjoyed the live music around the ship. The theater shows were very lively and fun.
Service and Staff

Everyone was friendly and truly cared. The staff was willing to provide the best service possible. The bartenders, wait staff, buffet servers, waiters and even management, they were all interested in knowing if you needed anything.

The bathroom is a bit tight but the shower was comfortable size. The room is small, but a good sized sofa and the balcony was enough for 2 of us to sit and put our feet up.
