Review summary

We were deceived about the new private island and we were never informed in a timely enough manor to cancel the cruise it was the only reason we were ever sailing. Msc advertised the stop and allowed us and many other to book it even though they new were not going. Falsely advertising the trip. The giving a 100 stateroom credit for not going. I wouldn't have been on the cruise if i new we weren't going. Shame on you MSC. American people will not put up with your tricks

Worst food of any cruise ever. Steakhouse was okay teppanyaki was terrible the buffet was not creative and disgusting we mainly lived on fries for 10 days.

This is hard to rate all the house keeping and working staff were amazing Eldrin our room Stewart for the second part of the trip was amazing best ever can not thank him enough also edgar his boss is a stand up guy. Dining room personal are also great it's not their fault the food is terrible

Ship is new just a few years old so you would think floors and furniture would look new however the green couchs on deck five are more black on the seat cushions then green the dark red floors appear dank and drity or wet. White bars seats tilt forward making sitting nearly impossible. Not enough crew to keep up with the rude littering European clientele

Room is ok gor interior however it was described as a interior with balcony and so we assumed it was a room over looking the broard walk like RC it had no balcony and we were not compensate in anyway for the deception. Its was loud as the bunks makes lots of noise being opened and shut.

Msc to chesp to pay to have customs come aboard to clear back to back sailing passengers so you have to walk all tgey way off ship to customs have the inspect your passport the reboard
