Review summary

There were multiple problems with this cruise. So much so the Captain refunded $300 to every cabin. They honestly tried to compensate us which I am grateful for. A cruise is what you make it, I enjoy the sea.

I generally go out of this port with no issues. However, on this cruise it took almost 4 hours to embark. People on jam packed lines in and out of the port. No one knew what they were doing. I don’t want to give any star but this app says I have to.

Cruised 10/18...lots of issues..still recovering from illness picked up onboard..NEVER MSC again..will be posting full review when able.

I think you must have went out of New York. This isn't a normal port for MSC. I've used MSC out of Miami several times, Barcelona a few times. Everything went smooth. I hope everything else was ok.
