Review summary

I only took this cruise b/c I wanted to see its services as I will be going to ITALY next year. Glad I did b/c i would never use this cruiseline again. Couldn't understand most of the staff.

In dining room the head waiter was not accommodating as we were a little for dinner and was told like children that we could not get appetizer only dinner and dessert. Didn't try to rectify

Most cruises don’t give you bar soap. Although this is an Italian line, it’s nothing doing with going to Italy. I didn’t run into one Italian crew member. Please research your trips.
