Review summary

Overall it was good, especially for the money. Staff work very hard. Supervisors do not need to treat staff with such disrespect. They are trying to do a good job. Just because you aren’t speaking English doesn’t mean I don’t understand. Your tone and body language say it all and the look on staff face when constantly being reprimanded, especially in the buffet area

Program for 3 and above was great. For 2 and under need two adults with little kids not one - no matter how many you have, 1 or 5, there should be two people

Staff great! Remi was exceptional. Took good care of state room and soooo pleasant all the time. Charles kyumo in dining room was always present to make meals enjoyable with that beautiful smile. Kept our table from being cluttered and very courteous

Pretty clean. Biggest problem I had was the young man hanging out in the bathroom with the young woman who was cleaning the bathroom!

Ship tip

For accessibility purposes if a guest will fit in a transport chair or can use regular size walker this would be best. Hallways are very narrow and elevator width it hard getting in and out
