Review summary

For one room the charge me $48 for room service cleaning for each person including the kids, and the food was taste like crap I lost 6 pounds in 3 days.

The room service was great she keep are room neat, the waiters wasn’t too bad but if you need a better service you have to paid the manager extra or the will treat you like you wasn’t even there at the restaurant.

I was upgraded to cabin 15004 deluxe suite Aurera it was great

Ship tip

Do not cruise with MSC magnifica the service is poor the food is terrible if want to make them make something different for you to eat you have to pay the manager $50 under table on top of what you paid when the food comes out don’t still don’t taste good, the menu look almost the same everyday.
