Review summary

This was a very different experience than my first cruise. The cabins were hot and humid. I felt miserable inside. The pillows are old and flat. I did not sleep well. I thought the food was good. The staff were okay.

Sorry you had such a bad experience. We went on the Magnifica back in December and found it to be good. It's a smaller ship and older ship that set sailed in 2010 and refurbished in 2021. It doesn't matter what cruise line I've sailed. I find the beds and pillows are lacking unless you get an upgraded room and experience.

The ship is very old.Thats why the rates are so low.MSC would rather scrap than refurbish. Could be a while.
