It has been a pleasant experience just being on a cruise itself. The ship, cabins and dining rooms, and servers were very cleaned, friendly and helpful to customers.

The handicap wheelchair accessibility could have been better. Need assistance from bus to the entrance door and nothing was available which makes it hard for customers who needs assistance right away.

Too crowded around small pools, visited the casino and lounges
around the ship which was great. The theme night? Didn't see anywhere on welcoming letter or upon check in for electronic tickets so weren't prepared for it which was a bummer.

We had great experiences with servers from housekeeping, dining rooms, and club lounges but customer service at the front desk on deck 5 was the worst!!! They totally kills our first ever cruise experience, I'm was traveling with a party fo 12 people a which w2 of them were seniors, 3 needed wheelchair assistance, and most of them speaks limited English, I made inquiries about final bills for each rooms and got yelled at and brush off after clarification details on my credit card hold for the wheelchairs. I'm in the financial industry and like every said, customers are gold! I got push off when I wasn't even done and so he can help the next person he can communicate in Spanish with was a totally turn-off for me and the rest of my group. Everyone told me, never again will they come on this cruise.

Cabin was very clean and well maintained however did not rate 5 because bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Ship tip
Provide wheelchairs readily at the drop off buses and taxi point, note rooms with handicap assistance needed so once ready to check inn or out, assistance already assign to. Inconvenience to call in and has to explain everything over and over to service desk.
It was horrible getting off, waiting and asking for wheelchair assistance. Need clear instructions to guide customers so they can just wait for assistance to come to pick them from the cabin, one person directed this way and another person directed that way. It was really confusing and annoying trying to get handicap assistance.
