THE SHIP WAS NOT ACCOMIDATING FOR GROUP SEATING, THE STAFF WAS UNACCOMIDATING AND RUDE, THE BAR WAS EXTRELELY SLOW, THE CABIN WAS SMALL, THE FOOD WAS FLAVORLESS AND BORING - DESERT WAS THE BEST PART OF DINNER!!

I'm interested in Magnifica as I'm booked later in the year. I'm not in a group so maybe will be OK. How large was the group

I feel like a lot of people get on these MSC boats and expect to be the center of attention. This boat holds ~3000 people. MSC is known for being cheaper. Let's try to be a little more realistic with your expectations.

If you owe money or will be given a refund you can't leave the ship. That's why they tell everyone to take care of their accounts before disembarkation.

Why are you yelling? I understand you didn't like the cruise, and the minibar was empty. Still, all caps make it harder to read.
