Review summary

Cruise booked a 2 days in Amsterdam, in fact the ship left at 07:00 the second day, that makes it a sea day in my book. Wifi included in the booking was next to useless and the fully inclusive drinks package included 2 where and 2 red wines, some spirits and only one lager from 10 lagers and beers. Only table tennis and shuffle board activities. What the booking also failed to mention was that the trip was a multi embarkation trip with passengers getting on at most of the ports and during these days the few activities that were on the ship were not available for the passengers that were mis cruise. I cruised with family members all of us have cruised many times before and along with many other passengers will never cruise with MSC again.

Food in restaurant & Buffet very good, had inclusive drinks package that unfortunately only covered one lager and no beers, beers were costed at 4.5 euros and were not in package despite other wine and spirits ate 7 & 9 euros being included, very strange.

Onboard Activities

Only activités on board was table tennis and deck shuffle board, and these were not available during days when we were in ports with other embarcations.

Entertainment

Tiger bar team was very good, other bars had very mundane and boring stage performances every night, needless to say the Tiger bar was popular and packed while others were virtually empty.

Our personal waiters in restaurant was excellent, other areas and bars very poor with staff being ignorant and lazy. When ordering drinks from waiters, 30 minute waiting for drinks was often the case.

I totally agree, we embarked on the 22 nd of Oct, so disappointed in this cruise, they had the cheek to say their service was 2nd in the fleet... We are on divina in jan and we asked how we could get out of it, but they said it should be totally different!! Never ever again on magnifica.
