Review summary

Unfortunately at the end of the cruise we found out (only through the press) that we had so many Covid cases on board. MSC did not announce anything regarding this. You saw every day ambulances next to the ship waiting to take patients out of the ship. Tours being canceled, late clearance procedure in Genova. Communication is the key. Ship was too full. With less capacity and more testing this could have been a even cooler cruise

With Yacht Club booking embarkation was super fast and easy. Our butler managed to navigate us through all the queues. VIP area lounge in Civittavecia super cool. Staff member came there to do the check in for us while enjoying some refreshments and waiting for the test result.

Always very yummy and delicious choices. Yacht Club Restaurant was great. Tried also the Bistro French Restaurant and it was perfect too.

Onboard Activities

Meet my Lego friends, swimming in the pools, water park, LED screen, just some of the options offered on board

Ship was always clean and well maintained. You can see plenty of crew walking around and cleaning

Spacious and clean cabins. We had our room cleaned twice a day

Disembarkation

Quick and easy again as a Yacht Club guest. The Butler will help you and guide you though all queues.

What would you have done differently had you known there were people with covid on your ship? How many people had covid on your cruise?
