Lack of elevators, therefore long wait times. Staff members not welcoming. None of the service staff spoke English or Italian - very difficult to communicate.

Breakfast and lunch were good. Dinner was terrible. Waiting staff was constantly rushing us to hurry up, order and get out. We had to wait until midnight to get a decent meal. Dining times not convenient; after a long day in the city, it was not enjoyable waiting until 9.30pm for dinner. There should have been a snack bar available NOT for pay, given this was supposed to be an all inclusive ship.

Constant vibration of ship was felt on the floor, and behind the headboard. Not a smooth ride and difficult to sleep.
Room was nice and well-maintained by maid.
