Without question, the best cruise I’ve ever been on

This was the worst part of my entire experience. We were given a boarding time of 9:30. We were told our boarding window would close one hour from that time. We arrived at 9:15, but for some reason which wasn’t explained to us, we weren’t allowed into the terminal until almost 10:30am. The temperature was just under 95 degrees. It was very hard being out there that entire time.

The food on the buffet which was plentiful, was great. The beef and horseradish were remarkable. Every dinner in the dining room was superb and our server VanJoe was wonderful.

The entertainment were very good performers and although a few of the shows were disjointed, it’s way better than Carnival!

THIS was my highlight for the cruise. Every team member couldn’t have been more graceful! Elvina, Francisco, Rhaul, Erick, Van Joe, and truly every other staff member greeted us everywhere we went. I was blown away by how wonderful these people are. Best crew I’ve ever seen.
Ship Quality

Loved the shop and the entire design. Beautifully done, even for a 7 year old vessel. Would sail her again without hesitation.
Cabin / Stateroom

Aft balcony… Heaven!!! Get one if you can! Spacious doesn’t even begin to describe it. And our steward Elvira was amazing.
Ship tip
There is some bad press about this boat and team out there. DON’T BELIEVE ANY OF IT!
