Clean, staff, Ardiada and Joan(table 457, black crab) made our trip! They we’re always friendly, timely and we looked forward to seeing them every evening. Buffets had a good variety to please everyone.

Wonderful job booking/organizing the musicians. We liked sitting in the lobby before dinner listening and having a happy hour cocktail.

Wow, where do I begin?!? Your staff made our trip! (I hope I get spelling correct).
Azllie- took us under his wing from the second we walked on board. Friendly, attentive and always there to help.
Mickey- part our cabin cleaning crew. He would check with us daily to see if we needed anything. Also, separated the bed for my adult daughter and I so we didn’t have to sleep together. Smile on his face every day!
Pietro (I know I got this wrong-sorry!) excursion desk/staff. He was helpful when booking and rescheduling, due to lack of participation, our excursions. His behind the scenes tour was fantastic!!
Front desk staff- friendly, resolved problems in a timely manner.
Jennipher- we looked forward to seeing her for breakfast or lunch. When she would greet us at the buffet, she always had a smile on her face that was contagious.
And MANY others. Your crew made our trip a memorable one! Thank you!

The common areas were always clean. We noticed that someone was always working, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, etc.

Our cabin fit us well. It has what we needed. It was comfortable and cleaned multiple times a day, impressive!
Ship tip
A small “convenience” store, table set up in Piazza Bar or other, vending machine (similar to the airport), but where someone can buy an item(s) they forgot or ended up needing throughout the trip. Example of some of the items; razor, toothbrush, small medical items, hair brush, chapstick, etc..
Yeah, cruises skip the importance of a sundry shop. While Bliss had a lot, some things mentioned were not there. I had to go into port to buy deodorant and allergy pills.
Glad you enjoyed it. I had a great experience on the Meraviglia in January and am booked on Divina for 19 days in October. I’m not sure why so many don’t care for MSC.
I’m glad to hear something good about msc. I’m just waiting for msc Europa to come to the u.s. Then I’ll will book that msc cruise I been waiting on & put my status I’m on now to msc status 😎😎😎
