Review summary

Dirty toilets in public area. Freezing cold! Told the reception this several times but just ignore us! Food in restaurant and buffe did not taste any good!. In buffe people fighting around in tight area to grab some food, hard to find a place to sit! Over crowded with people all around, kids running around and noise everywhere! Will never travel with MSC again! Talked to other passengers who had the same experience as us! If you want a relaxing vacation and good food choose a another company!

Cleanliness very good. Balcony view terrible not like show in the picture as its should be.

Ship tip

Don't travel with this ship. Choose a another one. Destroyed my suitcase when carry it down to terminal last night and also a glass inside of it!

I agree the public toilet is dirty. They need to install men stall. Too much door handling.

Really like MSC, don't check your bags, take with. There will be a customs line. Don't worry, he happy.

Yes sometimes the buffet can be chaotic but you always find a place at the very end of the place, with a Great view!
