Review summary

We had a group of 12 and everyone had a great time and are ready to book again on the MSC Divina or Seaside. All of my group except my husband and I were first time cruisers. I think I created cruise monsters now...lol Everyone said they will book with me again through Perfect Getaways LLC. This ship and cruise line was amazing!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation was very easy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was wonderful. I am not big on Italian food but there was plenty of other stuff to eat and of all the food I ate (which was to much) I never found anything I did not like. (and I am picky)

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Beautiful pools (salt water) lots of activities. Trivia, karaoke, dancing, ping pong, 4D theater, mini bowling, amazing performances, parties, 1 water slide.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
All the entertainment on this ship was amazing!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All of the staff was very friendly, always had a smile and made you feel at home!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This was the cleanest ship I have ever been on. Easy to navigate and beautiful.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was nice, very clean and comfortable. It even had a couch. The only thing I could say is the tv could be a little bigger and also instructions on how to get to the tv channels. It took us 3 days before we finally figured it out...lol

Ship tip

Enjoy yourself and remember this is a European based ship so it will be different than the U.S. ships. Sit back and enjoy the European style. If you are all about the big water slides, rock climbing walls, ropes courses and things like that then this is not the ship for you.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Disembarkation was very smooth. My only issue is they assigned you groups and you had to disembark at the time they told you to. We were not planning to leave the ship till around 10:00 am but found out the night before we had to leave at 7:30 am because of this we had to find something to do as our flight did not leave until 7:30 pm. So we went to Denny's and had coffee and then to the airport which was awful as it was full of people waiting for later flights and there was not enough seating to accommodate everyone. So if you are flying out later in the day or evening after your cruise find something to do because the Fort Lauderdale airport is very boring.
