Review summary

The ship was gorgeous with its svorski crystal staircases and fine detail throughout the ship. It was just beautiful! The food was great as was the service from the staff ( with the exception of 1 person in guest services but I will not even let him ruin this review it would not be fair). The shows were amazing! Especially the Michael Jackson show! They upgraded us from an interior cabin to a balcony!!! Now that's great customer service! I would highly recommend this ship and can't wait to sail it again! We were so impressed with everything!

Harlyridr96 Was the excursion through MSC or a local. I want to make sure I skip that one and they know why.

I did catch up with him and told him in Chicago terms he was a jerk , he didn't seem concerned

All the employees were great except for one jerk leading me and the wife off the ship for an excursion , my wife's mobility scooter couldn't go down the ramp they had , so I yelled hey , he just yelled back you,ll catch up and kept walking away , one of the ramp people took us thru the elevators and the other end of the ship and we traversed that ramp, , but everyone else was awesome,

teraylon when I called to make a payment they said" oh I see you have been upgraded from an interior to a balcony" I jumped for joy! the cabin is like a luxury hotel room! I thought that was so nice!!

We're going on Divina in 8 days! We were upgraded to balcony cabins from interior too. Our travel agent (Valerie Robbins Just Cruises) told us. I thought she had pulled some strings. Either way I'm grateful and delighted!
