Review summary

There were a number of issues, before and during the cruise that left us regretting our choice of MSC! The 2 for 1 pricing was very attractive but hardly worth it! The web site was aggravatingl! Trying to get questions answered on the phone only left us with confused uninformed answers! The staff on board was equally unable to answer questions or resolve issues! I stood in line on 2 separate occasions (45 minutes each time) to resolve a billing issue only to be told I had to go to the photo department to correct it! I was told the first time that a credit was issued which it was not! I found the food to be below average!

We had to wipe the dust off the shelf before we could use it. There was dirt around the air vent so we had to wipe the ceiling!

The reasons why carnival doesn't let you park scooters just anywhere is because people leave them in the middle of hallways( on the Divina I have been on it) and it's a safety hazard. There is plenty of room in the handicap stateroom to park it inside. My parents had plenty of room in thiers in feb. God forbid there is an emergency and people need to get down those hallways.

Sailed May 2016 and found DIVINA to be fabulous. Great service. Great Food! Gorgeous Ship. Also had a great planner who answered all questions and made some great suggestions. Booked on DIVINA again for March 2017 but this time going Yacht Club style. Can't wait. Also booked for Yacht Club on new MSC Seaside for March 2018. Good Luck

Booked for 2/11/17 , used a cruise agent but I've called and had nothing but good service from them , especially the special needs dept , tellling me I can park my wife's scooter anywhere I need on the Divinia, carnival told me I couldn't park her scooter overnite anywhere but in our balcony cabin but couldn't release a handicap balcony 8 mo,s in advance, Carnival called me back 2 weeks later

We love the Divina. Had a excellent cruise last April. Next time look for a serious MSC planner. Ask great questions. We also have a Carnival CCL planner. Helps to establish a great relationship. Good luck in the future
