Review summary
this cruise was the best cruise we have been on. we live in florida and cruise quite often. we had never heard of msc cruises prior to booking it. once we entered the ship we both fell in love with the decor.
we then proceeded to the upper decks to enjoy a wonderful lunch. the choices went on forever. the pizza station had so many varieties to choose from, not like 2-3 on other cruise lines. the dining room food was also wonderful. the fresh made rolls everyday were to die for. the choices on the menu were also very good. overall the food was a 10. the wait staff were great. very attentitive, quick, polite, funny, etc. we had the 8:45 seating so we did not feel rushed like you do on the first seating. our cabin steward was also very accomodating. she was always very pleasant and hard working. she became a friend to us. now for the entertainment. the best of the best. every night they received a standing ovation. there was an opera one afternoon that was excellent. the night shows were just as great. they got the audience involved. the electric violin player was out of this world. she was really talented. everyone was great at what they did. we also liked the idea that the captain and his officers were seen all over the ship. we really enjoyed this cruiseline so much that we have already booked 2 more cruises with msc.

Ship tip
for meals there was never a wait. we ate at the dining room every day except for 2 lunches which we had at the buffet. it was always very crowded there. there was so many choices you had. now i understand why people gain at least 5 lbs. on a cruise.
