The MSC cruise was an unexpected terrible experience as a family celebrating who did not enjoy their 25th year wedding anniversary. by 2suavewooten

The room was unclean with a urine odor in the bathroom and we complained twice to the customer service but nothing was done about the service to accomodate our needs.
