Review summary

Food was not great. The passenger from Europe were incredibly rude. The staff was rude. The smoke and excessive children made the trip an effort to enjoy. The room (suite) was nice and we stayed in a lot because of the problems with other guests. Our TV in the room did not work properly and it tood 4 days to have fixed, after repeatedly complaining.

It took us 2 hours to be served lunch once in the main dining room. Food was not great. Service was lousy.

Entertainment was for European travelors only. Americans did not feel welcome on this trip

What children programs! The children were in the bars and nighclubs all NIGHT and were running around the hallways unsupervised the entire trip!

Service and Staff

The front desk was extremely rude and yelled at us when we tried to explain that our TV volume was not working properly. It took 4 days and reporting to several different staff members in order to have the problem resolved.

Kids running up and down the hallways at 1:30a.m.; smoke in all inside areas - even at 10:00a.m.;

Liked the suite, except TV not working for 4 days.

Pros: the room was nice (suite with balcony)

Cons: kids EVERYWHERE all hours of day and night, running up and down hallways. SMOKERS EVERYWHERE and smoking inside ship when asked not to.

Recommends MSC Armonia? No.
