1. very long lines at check in
2. inexperienced photographers they lost our boarding pictures which is theone we wanted. when to great lengths with my grandson so tht he will have that memory as well as the ones on past ships very unhelpful staff
3. ship had cold spots and hot spots and of course my cabin had a hot spot. they gave me a fan to cool off for that money I needed something better
4. buffet on the first day was outstanding and it steadly declined as the time pass the last day breakfast was terrible I had an english muffin.
5. too much catering the the India passengers even to prepare special food for every meal.
6. very rude staff all the way to very friendly staff but you tend to remember the rude ones
7. shore excursion in nassau was too short for the price about 4 hours for 150 each

Pros: Restaurant food and the staff

Cons: No air conditioning in my cabin
