Review summary
Unfortunately the ship was in great need of repair. Lots of chipped paint, rust, even missing railings on the decks! We were registered to celebrate not one but TWO special occasions on board which went unnoticed. We did see signs "Happy Birthday" and "Happy Anniversary" signs on OTHER people's cabins, just not on ours. We never even SAW our cabin steward and the last morning found our final bill lying out in the hallway near our cabin for anyone to see or pick up. One day we never received the cruise compass newsletter. So disappointing, it was our anniversary and our 5th cruise - second on RCI - no more!! They really dropped the ball.Ship experiences
