Relaxing Vacation

Sail Date: July 23, 2007

Room Type: Inside

The trip is a good one, better than a direct trip to Ensenada, which is a very tourist-y place and you cant shop unbothered. I liked Catalina and San Diego much better. The ship is well kept and the crew is very well trained and genuine in their approach.

Pros: The service and Food.

Cons: The amount of children aboard.

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? Yes!

Catalina Island, California
A bit small for all the people that get off the boat. Is best to wait until after noon to go.

San Diego, California
Nice to be within walking distance of the shops and attractions.
