Review summary

Ship was clean and beautiful. Great food choices. Great staff in dining hall (Irene and Fernando) and room steward was amazingly refreshing and helpful (Dennis) 8353. Loved all the shows except the Platters. Not a very good relevant show. I would not have gone to see that show again. Helpful but not so friendly staff at Guest Services.

The Platters were not good - Everything else was very good and the activities were varied and many which was great.

Stated above. Bartenders ignored us most of the time when we tried to get water or coke in our daily drink-holders $6.50 a day.. Only 2 out of 10 were accommodating at all and not friendly at that. We were told any would fill our thermos. No one said - willingly. The pool bar guys were the worst! Dinner servers and stateroom attendant - excellent- as stated above!

Pros: Food and ports- Caribbean sea, of course!

Cons: The staff wasn't as friendly as on other cruises. They were helpful when asked but almost refused to look at us to fill our purchased Coke $6.50 a day drink holders.

Recommends Mariner of the Seas? Yes!
