Review summary

Boarding the ship was horrible. We waited 3 hours outside the terminal, standing up the entire time. Few seats were available. When they started loading, people that had just arrived were allowed to cut in ahead of the people that were standing for 3 hours. Then everyone got a $20 credit, including the ones that didn't stand in line for 3 hours. Someone should have been outside of the terminal directing people. Diamond and Platium people should be boarded hours before everyone else, instead of having propiety boarding in front of first timers. The overall boarding was a horrible experience.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Entertainment

3 out of 5
There should be more variety and more activities in the lounges. The ones I attended were so crowded there was not enough seating. If more than one trivia was going on at a time, example, then you could choose which one you wanted to go to. You could have trivia for sportsmen, fishermen, general, literture, etc. The world trivia was too hard. A more general trivia would be better.

Pros: Food was great.

Cons: All the eating facilities were in the back of the ship, making it difficult for people with handicaps to walk the distance. Machines in casino were older and the payout was very low.
