Suite guests also have access to the Concierge Club lounge which offers a number of exclusive amenities including preferred appointments for the salon and spa movies and CDs for onboard use an honor bar in the lounge continental breakfast hors d'oeuvres and petit fours served in the lounge reservations for Explorations Tours reserved time for ice-skating and rock climbing and tickets for the ice show. Personalized stationery pre-ordering of dinner wine faxing and copying services use of a portable ship phone and private party arrangements are also available.

Comfort and size were excellent. Cleanliness of the Cabin needed a slight improvement...the patio furnishings needed cleaning...and also the deck....

Absolutely amazing! Concierge wasn't as helpful as I expected but we were travelling with a large group and not everyone was in a suite. The major disappointment was that we had 2 suites side by side and we were told that the balcony doors could be opened, however, they are welded shut. We were in 9394 and 9694, both 2 bedroom aft suites. We had planned to spend time as a group but neither room was large enough so ended up splitting into smaller groups.
