Be careful where your cabin is - the suites are under the gym and pool area which are noisy early and late. We were lucky to get an aft cabin but others towards the middle of the ship were less fortunate and were woken early / kept up late at night due to the noise from above.

The premium drinks package upgrade is not really required for the majority of people. The standard range of products already includes premium brands such as Smirnoff Vodka, Gordon's Gin etc. If you require anything outside the range then the prices are reasonable anyway.

Check the deck plans and pre-book a cabin that isn't beneath a bar/restaurant/running track/gym etc.

Be prepared for chaotic check in at airport. Crazy queues. Don't bother booki.g a lounge visit as you won't get there

Be prepared for a change in itinerary, missed ports, change to flights. Chaotic check in for flights out of uk. And don't ask for assistance at Manchester airport on return from your flight. CHAOTIC.

I booked all my tours with tui as it was my first Far East cruise and most tours where 10 hours and I didn’t want to take a chance doing it myself incase the ship left without me, im always onboard on time but seen folk miss the ship because they done tours on their own and was very late back.

Just enjoy every minute. Great food and drinks & the staff are so friendly. If you can’t get a sunbed just sit by the pool.

Remember it's a smaller ship than Royal Caribbean ships so not as much to do a board but the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Book speciality dining as soon as your on board. If your one of the last disembarkation to the airport consider late check out cabin. You don’t have to carry around hand luggage if you want to go ashore and can freshen up before airport
