Had a great time, eating plenty of great food & watching enjoyable entertainment. Learned a lot on our excursions. Was not ready for it to be over.
Embarkation

This was a breeze all went very smoothly. We came in on a shuttle from the airport and never stopped as the lines moved very smoothly.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
I wish the dining room had a choice of maybe scallops or crabmeat . The braised short ribs were FANTASTIC! I could have eaten them every night!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We mainly did trivia type of activities, went in the hot tub only once. We actually enjoyed the encounters on the elevators as everyone seem to have a good sense of humor about the wait, the frequent floor stops. People actually celebrated if they got on an elevator alone. HaHa.
Entertainment

WOW! Jackie our Cruise Director was such a joy! He was quick with responses (even the occasional heckler), he appeared sincere and was ALWAYS upbeat. Would love to sail with him again.
Service and Staff

Never wanted for anything. We needed an extension cord and distilled water for my husband's c-pap machine on the 1st day, and within 30 minutes we had it set up and ready to go.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The layout of the ship was good, although it felt a little shorter than previous ships we have been on. Cleanliness, WOW! We saw workers on their hands and knees cleaning the areas where the carpet met the wall with tiny brushes and yet they still appeared happy!
Cabin / Stateroom

This was our 1st time to even have a window on a cruise let alone a balcony. We loved it. We were the closest to the bridge and often the crew would wave to us. We did feel the movement of the ship more than on previous trips but that is to be expected when sailing in the ocean rather than the Gulf, and being as far forward as you can go.
This port was very pretty to look at from the ship, colorful and peaceful. We took a riding tour and taste of Nassau as my husband has mobility issues and we are no longer young. (Would loved to have gone zip-lining) "Marvelous Marvin" was our guide and he was definitely "Marvelous" , he not only showed us Nassau but also told stories of growing up there which gave it a much more personal touch. Sampled some rum cakes, teas, daquiris, fried conch, and a meal. Yummy.
It looked pretty from the ship but we did not get off as it rained all day. The only reason for the rating is the weather which no one has control over.
Did another tour and tasting. Smitty was our guide around the 7 mile long island. Very knowledgeable, patient and protective of us all making sure no one got to close to the wild donkeys so as not to get bit or kicked. Learned about the salt flats and did a rum factory tour and had a meal as well.
Very disorganized. My husband has anxiety issues and they were in high gear during this disembarkation. We have been on a number of cruised and never have had one go so slowly.
