Review summary

The cruise director was awesome! He made himself available to meet passengers and us informed. The ship is beautiful and the specialty dining (specifically the Emerald Bistro) was the best!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
This process was scheduled for the time requested and made the embarkation process simple.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We enjoyed the specialty dining and sut down dinners better than thw buffet. The Guy burger and Big Chicken were also delicious, but the seating area for both were in the hot sun unless you went inside for seating.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was always an activity on the ship whether in port or at sea. We really enjoyed the 80s deck party.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The Djs, magicians, comedians, violinist, dancers, etc. All were awesome and the shows were phenomenal.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was awesome specifically our sit down dinner servers and the Emerald restaurant staff.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
I liked the ship design, but keep in mind this ship is huge! So we needed the 7 days to explore all the ship had to offer. The common areas were clean, but the ice cream areas needed more attention. I also think it would be better to require passengers to wash their hands when entering the buffet area. Royal Caribbean has this protocol and make it fun during the process by playing music and dancing.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We loved our balcony cabin. Ot was clean and the view was beautiful. The layout was more spacious than other ships (in my opinion).

Ship tip

Wear comfortable shoes so you can enjoy all activities and services on the ship.

Disembarkation

It was a little chaotic. I'm glad I had a passport, which allowed us to disembark quicker, but we were with elder family members who had birth certificates, so it was a longer process.

Thanks for sharing! We are on again in a couple weeks! Can’t wait to be on again. I’m not a fan of buffets, so I couldn’t agree more!!!
