We were a group of 16 people only bad experience we really had was the dining room some people would get their food while some had to wait a while to get any food but overall we all had a good time on the Mardi Gras…

Housekeeper was great the rest of the stuff seemed really busy including the housekeepers but they were friendly…the dining room crew didn’t interact with you like they use to do because they are so short staffed…it took forever to get a drink for the same reason Short Staff…
