A few quirks here and there but a really nice ship and crew. Ports were beautiful.

Food and Dining

Food all throughout the ship and the various restaurants was very good.
The Lido Marketplace Buffet was disappointing for us. They had a very limited number of choices compared to other cruise lines.
Drinks were tasty, but there definitely appeared to be a shortage of those serving drinks.
No drink servers operate in the largest theater, the Mardi Gras Theater. So if you want a drink you have to go to the closest bar located in the Casino to get one. To us that is inconvenient, even though we had lots of legroom! Probably the design looks great on paper, but failed in use.
Casino drink servers are rare to see. In the entire casino we saw only 1 or two serving the entire casino. Luckily we didn't purchase a drink package for this trip.

So many to do, we always found something to do.
Entertainment

Shows were excellent.
Suggest sitting on the main floor for Center stage shows. Sound quality a bit muffled higher up and the stage view a bit limited depending on where you sit. On the main floor the sound was excellent.

Mardi Gras Theater designed without room for waiters seemed odd to us. Leg room and staggered seat alignment was great.
Cabin / Stateroom

Square shaped room. Very nice. Only negative is the shower head has only one setting. You can't adjust for more spray settings and the one it does have doesn't have much force.
Shower door design very nice in the way it opens.
Ship tip
Lots of fun things to do always! In our opinion the limited buffet offerings and lack of drink servers, were disappointing but not any kind of a deal breaker. We would go again. There are too many other food options to choose from.
Walked around town and had a great lunch and drinks at Barrachina. We walked to Fort El Morro, a nantional park, very nice but a good distance from ship.
We did a Mega Truck excursion, visiting the countryside, including a typical DR home and school. Beautiful country and people! We had a very nice lunch that was provided also. Remember to bring some treats for the school children! Candy and school supplies are appreciated.
Very organized making it easy. Once our group was called disembarkation went fast. Only issue observed: We had passports but the line for birth certificates was very long.
