I left a review earlier and we had a big issue with a waitress. But also way too many people! We could hardly get a seat! When we did get one, never a good hand.

When we went to guest services to complain about the Casino situation, the lady listened to us patiently and got the complaint to whomever it was to go to.

I only give a 4 star because of an experience in the Casino. My husband and I usually get free drinks because we like to play in the casino but this cruise said he gets free drinks as well as his plus one. My son and daughter were with us so he was letting my son get the drink. The waitress took their drink order and when she returned she tried to charge my son for his. My husband told him not to sign for that and she took it back from him and yelled at my husband instead of trying to understand what he was saying. She didn’t bother to check and see that he was getting free drinks as well as my son. That ruined the only enjoyment of the boat.

Design is not a good one (in my opinion) rooms are smaller, you can barely turn around in the bathroom. Cleanliness was great.

We had a great cleaning crew. The bed was uncomfortable, the size of room was fine. Bathroom was WAY too small.
